First Gold's commitment to charity was again recognized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and was awarded the Caring Company (2011/12) for two consecutive years for its contribution in terms of the following six aspects: encouragement to volunteering; willingness to donate; spreading knowledge and technology; support for the employment of vulnerable groups; caring for its staff and environmental wellbeing. First Gold management and teams were present at the award ceremony on 3 May, 2012 and offered support for the event by practicing their belief. First Gold will continue to participate in more various charitable activities to help those in need in Hong Kong.

First Gold held an anniversary dinner at Hong Kong Disneyland named "Well & Well Kingdom 2012". The event was a spectacle and attracted over 400 guests including, among others, Mr. Haywood Cheung, the President of Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, Mr. Hu Shengsheng, the Standing Deputy Director of China Credit Research Center of Peking University and Ms. Du Liqun, a professor of School of Economics of Peking University and the Director of Institute of Credit and Law of Peking University.

To be in line with the theme of the dinner party, guests and the staff all dressed up and tried to make them look special and unique. Apart from the rich performances, lucky draw and electrifying dance, one of the Group representative even brought the house down with his enthusiastic performance of Latin dance. Their efforts and can-do spirit are what First Gold prides itself on. The crowd finally dissolved with utmost satisfaction.

First Gold expanded the company to four times of its previous size to be commensurate with its growing business and held a cocktail party in celebration of its relocation on 13 December, 2011. The party was a scene of a constellation of celebrities with nearly three hundred guests and over ten media, including, among others, Mr. Haywood Cheung, the President of CGSE, Mr. Steven Chan, the Vice President, Mr. Lu Qichang, the CEO, and Professor Zhang Zheng coming all the way from Peking University. The party was also exciting as First Gold led others to bear witness to the trading of Renminbi Kilobar Gold.

The 1st Anniversary Celebration of Peking University China Credit Research Center Institute of Credit and Law fell on 28 September, 2011 when First Gold went to Beijing to join the event and had exchanges and communications with others.

YYCIS Father's Day Park Targeted Challenge 2011 was held at Hong Kong Baptist University and large parks nearby on 26 June, 2011. Funds raised from the activity under the theme of "Targeted Love" would go to Y's Youth Club of Island South for social service purposes. The intense competition saw all players trying hard to look for targeted points, hoping to finish the competition in a shorted time frame.

In addition to giving full support for the elite group, First Gold also had its management and staff joining the game and finished third in the business group. All of this was an evidence of their energy, can-do spirit and First Gold's care for society.

Hong Kong Heart and 'Kidney' Day was co-held by Well & Well Financial Holdings Group and Power of Love at the peak of Victoria Peak, Hong Kong on 15 May, 2011 to raise funds.

Staff showed full support for the event and were awarded "Team with Most Members". First Gold has made its promise of continuing to do the good in the future.

The Centenarian Gold Summit, held in Hong Kong and ended on 13 March, 2011, was elite-studded and attended by over 1,300 guests thanks to the appeal of famous experts. Also present that day were many experts and scholars including Dr. Billy Mak, Mr. Alex Wong, a famous fund manager, Mr. Fung Chi-kin, the Permanent Honorary President of CGSE, Mr. Albert Cheng, the Representative of the World Gold Council and Professor Zhang Zheng from Peking University with First Gold representative, being invited as one of the lecturers. He headed a team that made exact forecast of continued increasing in gold prices to a new high and thus providing perfect timing for a group of gold investors.

As the sole sponsor in association, First Gold had the honor to bear witness to the Centenarian Gold Summit with CGSE and Metro Finance FM.

First Gold's annual dinner was held at Sha Tin Racecourse of the Hong Kong Jockey Club on 19 February, 2011 when the founder Kook delivered a speech and announced officially the establishment of Well & Well Financial Holdings Group.

Mr. Haywood Cheung, the President of Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, also joined the event, bearing witness to the strong development of Well & Well over the last 31 years with other celebrities amid a flurry of activities.

First Gold has been prizing team spirit and encouraging its staff to stretch themselves. To boost the morale of its staff, First Gold held a training day on 28 November, 2010 in the hope of tapping into the great potentials of team members, enhancing communities among them and promoting cooperation.

To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of CGSE, First Gold joined the dinner party of Inauguration Ceremony of the 42nd CGSE Executive and Supervisory Committees where there were a constellation of financial celebrities and experts. Mr. John C Tsang, the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong S.A.R, delivered a speech and presided over the ceremony. Ms. Guo Li, the Deputy Director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R, Mr. Li Yuanming, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC in Hong Kong S.A.R, Mr. Wang Bingxin, the Director of the Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government, Mr. Au King-chi, the Permanent Secretary of Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and Mr. Chim Pui-chung, a member of the Legislative Council were also present to offer support.
