With nearly one thousand notable guests and celebrities, the “First Gold Annual Dinner Wild Wild West 2016” was held on 19 March, 2016 in the banquet hall on the third floor of the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel. During the event, First Gold awarded Lucky Draw prizes worth over HKD 500,000. The evening was a delight and it never ceased to amaze the party goers.

With the theme of cowboys of American West and American Indians, the dinner party attracted nearly one thousand attendants. There were brave cowboys and beautiful cowgirls, wearing western American costumes in the 18th and 19th century, adding unique sparks to the evening. At the cocktail party, the guests enjoyed special delicacies and beverage while taking part in booth games, such as First Cup (beer pushing game), First Dart (throwing darts) and First Arena ( riding mechanical bulls) with exquisite souvenirs. The guests were also free to take pictures with foreign models against a stage set with western American style.

The Party invited a constellation of celebrities and, among others, there were Mr. Ju Mengjun, the Head of the Xinhua News Agency (Hong Kong Branch), Prof. Du Liqun, the Deputy Dean of the Economics Department and the Head of the Institute of Credit and Law of Peking University, Mr. Hu Shengsheng, the First Deputy Head of the China Credit Research Center of Peking University. Mr. Steven Chan, the Director of the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society, and supervisors of the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society were also present, proposing toasts to nearly one thousand attendants with the management of the First Gold and wished the party a success.

The party also invited many actors and actresses. Derek Li and Paisley Wu, proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, served as the host and hostess. First Gold also invited a foreign dance group to give powerful performances of cowboy jive and hot dance brought by cowgirls. MC Jin, a famous rapper, sang Ayo First Gold, the theme song of First Gold, at the party, bringing the evening to a new high. Grasshopper, a famous singing group popular in Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China, gave the last performance by singing their hits, attracting hordes of audience who jostled for hand shakes, pictures and chances to dance with their idols, bringing the party to its climax.

An award ceremony was included in the party, in which First Gold management chose the winners of Best Costumes. Cash prizes were also given to guests who won the booth games. Besides, First Gold also presented awards to staff members with excellent performances and, among others; there were the Award of Outstanding Creativity, Award of Enormous Improvement on Performance, Award of Annual Excellent Performance, Award of Excellent Performance, Award of First-Class Service, Award of Super Elites' Contribution and Award of Excellent Team Spirit. The winners were all honored and promised to work harder to fulfill what they were expected of.

During the lucky draw, the company gave out awards worth more than HKD 500,000 and, among others, there were cash prizes with each worth HKD 10,000, round flight tickets to Dubai for two with five-star hotel accommodation for three nights, new cameras and lens, luxurious watches and versatile PCs. The organizing committee and First Gold management sang on the stage Ayo First Gold and Glory Days and proposed toasts to attendants. The party ended with resounding success in cheers and applause.

The "First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2015" held in last November provided comprehensive trainings for First Gold's staff and gained a marked effect. The management team forged ahead and organized the "First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2016" from February 25 to 28, 2016 in Pullman Zhuhai Hotel, which featured upgraded corporate training sessions lasted for four days and three nights, with more than one hundred colleagues and partners partaking.

The "First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2016" was designed with rich contents, including the in-depth analysis of personality, coupled with challenging experiential activities which enabled the employees to lay a solid theoretical foundation and practiced their daily work. The training also helped the colleagues set goals for both their work and life so that they would have a more specific and practical target. With full capacity of execution, the colleagues declared to create extraordinary values for themselves at the venue where over one hundred people were present.

These courses fully tapped the staff's potentials, exposed them to the importance of willpower and focus, effectively sharpened their abilities in communication, team cooperation and strategy-planning, and guided them through spiritual exploration. The Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society started trading on the fourth day of the first lunar month, February 11, 2016. The Year of the Monkey Opening Ceremony and Top 10 Most Active Loco London Gold/Silver Dealer Award 2014/15 was held to wish for an auspicious new year and celebrate last year's remarkable achievements with its peers.

First Gold representative attended the event as a member of the Executive and Supervisory Committees, and hosted the opening ceremony with Mr. James Lau, a member of the Executive and Supervisory Committees and the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau. First Gold representative dressed as the God of Wealth for the second year and gave new year red packets to all the guests present at the event, creating a lively atmosphere on the scene. A great many media were attracted to take photos, which even enlivened the Year of the Monkey Opening Ceremony.

First Gold won the Top 10 Most Active Loco London Gold/Silver Dealer Award for four consecutive years. Mr. James Lau, the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, granted the award to one of the First Gold Generals as a sign of praise and recognition. According to the tradition of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, on the first day of trading in the lunar year, the President and Vice-President would decide the first fixed price of gold by bidding, with an amount implying auspiciousness and fortune. First Gold wished for the rise of Hong Kong's economy and the prosperity of the precious metals market.

First Gold was excited to celebrate the Christmas Day on 24^th December 2015 in Red MR Wan Chai. Top management presented opening speech together as a start for the Christmas Party, and they especially highlighted how First Gold had achieved great success in the past whole year. All of the First Gold staff aimed to have successful accomplishments in year of 2016.

The Christmas Party was fun and fascinating. All staff were proactively participated in the games. For instance, karaoke, American Pool and darts. Lucky draw was a climax of the event; all staff received their favorable gifts and presented dance performance just to win the best gift. First Gold had arranged variety of thoughtful gifts, including iPhone 6s, Ocean Park Year-Access Membership Cards, 5 stars hotel buffet coupons and shopping cash coupons.

The Award Presentation was held in Treasure Lake Golden Banquet Restaurant on 18^th December 2015. First Gold was invited to receive the honored awards in the banquet. These awards were the Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up in Badminton Championships of Union Li Chun Association 2015 and Second Runner-up in Charity Snooker Match 2015. In the future, First Gold will sincerely continue to uphold its excellence and put great efforts in coming sport competitions.

The World Green Organization (WGO) is an independent non-governmental organization concerned with environmental conservation and environmentally related livelihood and economic affairs. It provides an all-inclusive approach to a fully integrated three-pronged solution that combines social, environmental and economic aspects for environmental revolution. First Gold has participated in the activity for 3 consecutive years and received the WGO’s “Green Office” label, along with other awardees and the organizers working together to achieve corporate carbon reduction targets, to create a better and greener future.

On 3^rd December 2015, WGO and Junior Chamber International Hong Kong hosted the 3^rd Green Office Award Labeling Scheme (GOALS) Award Presentation Ceremony at the Bank of America Tower. The event aimed to return a courtesy to various companies for creating a Green Office culture. For the third year running, First Gold has received awards from WGO, they are “United Nations Millennium Development Goals – Green Office Awards Labeling Scheme” (GOALS)” and Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence.

Since 2013, First Gold has joined in different environmental friendly projects, with the caring attitude for the society and promoting green economic mission. In the future, First Gold will continue to be a role model to promote environmental protection and in order to build a green environment.

First Gold regards its staff as valuable assets and determines to cultivate excellent talents, so it organized a challenging staff training for its senior staff and management team, the First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2015, in Pattaya, Thailand from November 20 to 23, 2015. It was a difficult yet meaningful experience. All of the participants said they had benefited a lot. They laid a theoretical foundation for personal growth and mastered practical skills, which was really helpful for their actual work or management.

The First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2015 lasted for four days and three nights with rich contents and a tight schedule. It encouraged its staff to set clear goals, work out career development plans, and establish their life aspirations. They would have clearer and more specific targets, and would then reach their goals more quickly and enjoy a wonderful life and career. Not only did the training exert positive influence on its staff, but also enabled them to give full play to their strong points on their positions. It was absolutely a win-win result for First Gold which ensured a favorable long-term development.

The training courses were arranged strictly on a regular basis so that its staff could tap their potentials as much as possible. The courses were given in different venues, both indoor and outdoor. They had the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent hotel and participate, all dressed in their finest attire, in beach activities. The training was ingeniously designed to provide a wide variety of contents for First Gold students to learn. It was expected that through the First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2015, the senior staff and management team could effectively apply what they had learned, achieve individual goals and devote themselves to First Gold.

Sponsored by the Union Li Chun Association, the Gold & Silver Cup Men's Singles Table Tennis Championship was successfully held by the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society on 25 October in South China Athletic Association, Causeway Bay. First Gold sent its own male group to compete in the intense competitions.

First Gold sent its first-ever male group to participate, which not only built friendship with the counterparts but also displayed team spirit with a pious effort. The preliminary competition chose the best two out of three teams with eleven scores for each game. Players of the First Gold showed great team spirit and managed to elbow into the top eight with best performances. This could be best explained by their can-do spirit by which they wished a better future for the First Gold.

First Gold and Xinhua News Agency jointly held a large-scale forum, "Gold and Currency Summit Forum", in the Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on October 19, 2015 for the first time. Hundreds of financiers, experts and scholars of the industry gathered together at the forum to explore the opportunities arising during the internationalization of gold and RMB. The emcee star Ms. Astrid Chan acted as the host of the forum.
