Themed with "#WearIAm", the "Dress Casual Day 2017" held by The Community Chest on 12 October 2017 encouraged participants to dress in their own styles. All funds raised by the Community Chest in this event would be donated to 161 social welfare agencies in order to benefit the people in need.

First Gold staff actively took part in the event by putting on casual wears which showed their true selves. To adhere to the belief in making contribution to the society and caring the underprivileged groups, First Gold has participated in the Dress Casual Day for 6 consecutive years. Always with enthusiasm about charity and commitment towards its social responsibilities, First Gold has been dedicated to creating a harmonious and inclusive society through selfless devotion.
