First Gold was Invited to Attend in "Belt and Road Summit"
The "Belt and Road
Summit" organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) of
HKSAR Government was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on
11th September, 2017. First Gold representatives with senior government
officials, international institution officers and business leaders from
countries along the Belt and Road attended the forum to turn visions into
actions in order to lead the global economic development into a new era.
The forum was full of elites with
over 2,400 participants and about 40 guest speakers. Ms. Carrie Lam Cheng
yuet-ngor, the Chief Executive of HKSAR, Mr. Rimsky Yuen Kwok-keung, the
Secretary for Justice, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, the Financial Secretary, and Mr.
Vincent Lo Hong-shui, the Chairman of HKTDC, gave speeches to raise the curtain
on the forum. Being invited as the sponsor, First Gold was manifested to create
golden opportunities by pursuing the policies of Belt and Road. The strong
line-up sponsors also included some industry renowned institutions such as
HSBC, Bank of China, and Bloomberg Business Week.
The forum attached great importance
to infrastructure development along the region of Belt and Road, particularly
in ASEAN countries, so as to enhance the collaboration among the economic
systems, facilitate view exchanges on multilateral cooperation among
policy-making officials, seize the opportunities of infrastructure investment
and financing, and promote the economic development of Hong Kong and Asia. First
Gold is determined to fully utilise the great potentials brought by the Belt
and Road initiative and committed to developing the financial market of the
ASEAN countries in line with international standard.
