Emphasizing on team spirit and personal qualities, First Gold regularly organizes professional training for its staff, for example, holding First Gold Warrior Training Tours in both 2015 and 2016. In this year, the First Gold representatives had decided to grandly launch the First Gold Warrior Training Tour 2017. Over a hundred of participants, including the staff and partners of First Gold joined the professional career training for four days and three nights!

During the training session, trainees learned to listen to and to truly understand themselves, so as to explore their potentials and to shape the values, as well as identifying their personal goals. Through persistently participating in the trainings and practices, all trainees successfully achieved their goals.
