First Gold Receives ‘Caring Company’ Award for Nine Consecutive Years

This year marks the ninth consecutive year where First Gold has received the ‘Caring Company’ Award and Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Through approaching and discovering one another, it has been abled to expand the scope for cooperation and helped promoting a cross-sector community project targeted for societal needs. A representative from First Gold also expressed that, First Gold has been organising and participating in various activities to support the disadvantaged and promote community development and improvement for the environment. For more and by intention, First Gold has also introduced and improved several employee-friendly policies this year, including to entitle employees to enjoy the newly designated anniversary leave, birthday leave and examination leave, by which to create better life experience for them and their families.
