Holiday Notice

Wishing you a prosperous New Year! During the Lunar New Year period, there will be adjustments to trading, customer service, and deposit/withdrawal procedures:

1. Precious Metal Contracts: Trading hours for all precious metal contracts will remain normal.

2. Customer Service: Services such as inquiries, account opening, and IB services will be suspended from February 8th, 4:00 PM until February 14th. Normal processing will resume on Thursday, February 15th. For urgent trading-related issues, please email dealingroom@firstbullion.com.

3. Withdrawal Requests: All withdrawal requests submitted after 12:00 PM on February 8th will be processed on February 15th.

4. Deposit Requests: From February 9th to February 14th, Fast Payment System (FPS) deposits will continue as usual. After a successful transfer, clients can send their FPS confirmation to dealingroom@firstbullion.com. Other deposit requests, including internal transfers, will be processed starting February 15th.
