Trading Hours
Hong Kong time, 8am Monday to 4am Saturday (during USA's daylight saving)
Hong Kong time, 8am Monday to 5am Saturday (during USA's non-daylight saving)
Daylight saving starts from the first Sunday of each April until the last Sunday of each October in US. During non-daylight saving, the time difference between US Eastern Time and Hong Kong Time increases from 12 hours to 13 hours. Hence, trading and customer service at First Gold on Saturday are extended to 5am.

Online trading platform First Gold employs uses trading account number and password to verify the identity of each investor. Our computer systems use state-of-the-art firewall and intrusion protection and backup systems to ensure that customers data and trading records are well protected. If the computer servers ever break down, all open positions, trading instructions and orders, trading statements and histories of our clients are safely kept in our backup storage. For all outstanding trading instructions and orders will be automatically changed to Good Till Cancel (GTC).
